About Us
Building Confidence, Communication & Connection – One Brick at a Time
Based in the Nelson/Tasman region. Run by a qualified social worker with over 20 years of experience, the programme is specially designed to support children and young people with a wide range of needs, including those affected by trauma, neurodiversity (such as autism and ADHD), anxiety, and behavioural challenges. With a deep understanding of these unique experiences, each group is carefully tailored to suit the strengths and needs of its participants. This personalised approach ensures every child feels safe, valued, and supported. Through structured, predictable sessions, participants build meaningful connections, gain confidence in social situations, and develop important life skills—all while enjoying collaborative, hands-on LEGO® activities in a fun and welcoming environment.

We offer flexible, evidence-based sessions for tamariki and rangatahi to build confidence, friendships, and social skills.

Individual Sessions
Personalised, one-on-one sessions for tamariki needing targeted support around trauma, anxiety, emotional wellbeing, or social and behavioural challenges. These sessions are calm, structured, and flexible, providing a safe, consistent space for the child to build trust, develop confidence, and grow at their own pace.

Small LEGO
Club 3 participants
A highly supportive small group setting focused on collaborative LEGO® building. With just three participants per group, each child receives close guidance while learning to communicate, problem-solve, and work as part of a team. Ideal for children who need extra support in social environments.

Large LEGO
Club 6-9 participants
A fun, guided group programme designed to help tamariki build friendships, teamwork, and social confidence. Activities follow a predictable structure and are tailored to support peer interaction in a safe and engaging space. Best suited for children ready to participate in a wider group.

School Holiday Sessions
Are you ready to inspire the creativity of a LEGO enthusiast aged 6-10? Join us for an exciting adventure filled with challenges and activities. Experience the joy of free build time and a chance to build with over 75 sets available, including 15 brand-new ones for the holidays. Whether you choose to attend just one session or all of them, each day is a chance to unleash your imagination. Find us at the Jaycee Room at Founders Heritage Park.

Holiday Sessions for Your Tamariki
Our school holiday programmes offer fun, hands-on LEGO experiences for tamariki aged 6–10. With new sets, creative challenges, and plenty of free build time, each session is designed to spark imagination, build confidence, and encourage teamwork.
Pricing
Choose the Right Fit for Your Tamariki
One-on-one sessions, or 8 week blocks for small groups of up to 3, or slightly larger groups up to 8 or 9. Each groups is tailor made to to meet each participants individual needs.
Individual
$90 /hour
A personalised, one-on-one session designed to support tamariki dealing with anxiety, trauma, or specific emotional needs. These sessions are calm, flexible, and fully tailored to the child, helping them build trust, confidence, and wellbeing at their own pace.
Small Group
$240 /8 weeks
A small, supportive group setting where tamariki work together on collaborative LEGO® builds. With close guidance and a focus on communication, teamwork, and social connection, this option is ideal for children who benefit from more individual support within a group.
Large Group
$160 /8 weeks
A fun, guided group experience that encourages social confidence, cooperation, and problem-solving. With structured activities and a predictable routine, this option is great for tamariki ready to connect with peers in a safe and engaging environment.
